How do I reset my password?

Go to the Login Page and click on "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.

How can I track my order?

Once a order is placed, we will be in touch shortly with your tracking number and information where you can track your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You must contact us to cancel or change an order. We ask that our customers adjust their orders within the first 2-4 hours of placing their orders to avoid the shipment already being processed through our shipping team.

Can I get advice on which products are right for me?

Absolutely! We’d be delighted to help you choose the perfect products or even create a personalized skincare routine tailored to your needs. You can reach out to us using the contact form.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

While most of our products contain low concentrations of essential oils, we recommend exercising caution during pregnancy, as skin sensitivities can change. It's important to listen to your body and perform a patch test before applying any new product fully. Many wash-off products (like soaps) and items from our Sensitive Skin Collection are generally considered safe, but some essential oils used in our formulations may interfere with breastfeeding. For your safety, we always advise consulting with a healthcare professional before using our products while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do you test on animals?

No, we do not test on animals. We have never, and will never, engage in animal testing.

Are all of your products vegan?

Most of our products are free from animal or animal-derived ingredients, though some may contain goat's milk, honey, or beeswax.

Are your products safe for natural waterways or septic tanks?

Yes, all of our products are safe for the environment, ensuring they won’t harm natural habitats or aquatic life.

What are your expiry dates?

Most of our products have a minimum shelf life of one year when unopened. Although, expiry dates may vary based on the customers storage of product in a cool, dry place. Refer to packing instructions, as well as the listed expiry date sticker on the product.

Do you offer products for customers looking to wholesale?

Yes, we offer wholesale customers 50% off our retail prices. We also offer white labelling for these customers. Conditions apply, please reach out to our wholesale team for more information on how to become a wholesale customer.
